Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individual offerings provided by
Elena Rockinger.
All services are offered exclusively on a one-to-one basis and are personal and individually tailored.
2. Nature of the Service
The services consist of personal presence, conversation, and contemplative space.
They do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counselling.
No specific outcomes or results are promised or guaranteed.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and processes at all times.
3. Formation of Contract
A contract is concluded through:
1 written inquiry (e.g. via email),
2 individual offer,
3 written confirmation.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed upon individually and are payable prior to the beginning of the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
Scheduled appointments are binding.
Booked sessions are non-refundable.
If rescheduling is necessary, this is handled individually and at my discretion.
6. Liability
Elena Rockinger is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the engagement.
The services do not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.
7. Confidentiality
All contents of the collaboration are treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
9. Digital content
Access to digital content is granted after receipt of payment.
By accessing the content, the right of withdrawal expires, provided the customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period.
10. Fragments is a private contemplative text space.
The one-time entry fee grants access to the content available at the time of entry.
There is no obligation to provide a specific number of texts, no publishing schedule and no guarantee of future content.
The space may evolve, rest, or change its form over time. Previously granted access remains unaffected.
The texts are not teachings, guidance, or instruction, but lived moments, shared as they are.
